Course Information
Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

Blended First Aid Course Option
All of our first aid courses are available in a blended format, offering a flexible learning experience.
Blended Format Overview:
- Participants complete an online learning component (1–4 hours) at their convenience.
- The in-person training is then reduced to 4 hours.
Next Steps After Registration:

- You will receive an email from the Canadian Red Cross with access to your online training module.
- The online component must be completed before attending the in-person session.
