Course Information

Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines.

Occupational First Aid Level 1 Equivalent

• Airway emergencies
• Breathing and Circulation emergencies
• First aid for respiratory and cardiac arrest
• Wound care

Full Course: 7 hours.  Blended Course: 4 hours in-person *

*Blended Emergency First Aid comprises of 1-3 hours of online learning prior to the course date and 4 hours of in class learning*
